Brigitte Nepveu | iNbarre, iNmove
Brigitte Nepveu, a passionate entrepreneur, founded iNovation Studios, dance studios located in Brossard, in September 2018. With a background in jazz and contemporary dance, Brigitte has been dancing since the age of 7. She has participated in several dance competitions and started teaching dance at the age of 15. Since the opening of iNstudios, she has been teaching and dancing more than 8 hours a week. She specializes in teaching adults and offers them contemporary dance classes and iNbarre classes, an endurance training using the dancers’ exercises as a base. She also sits on the Board of Directors, the Executive Board and the Honorary Committee of Les Ballets Jazz de Montréal, a world-renowned professional dance company. Brigitte is finally President of Brigitte Nepveu avocate Inc. (BNA for intimates), a law firm specializing in legal support for small and medium-sized businesses, which she formed in May 2019. Brigitte has been practicing as a lawyer specializing in commercial and corporate law for more than 20 years in a major Montreal law firm.
Céline Cassone | SAFE® FLOOR
Originally from France, Céline began studying at the Conservatoire National de Danse d’Avignon at a very young age. She began her career in Germany at the Badisches Staatstheater in Karlsruhe. She then joined renowned companies such as the Béjart Ballet Lausanne, under the direction of Maurice Béjart and the Ballet du Grand Théâtre de Genève. She also took part in several international galas and was awarded the “Étoile de Ballet 2000” prize in 2006 as well as the Dance Award “Premio Asti Danza” in 2010. Céline joined BJM – Les Ballets Jazz de Montréal in 2018 as principal dancer. In 2018, Céline discovered the SAFE® FLOOR method and incorporated it into her daily dance training. A year later, she became the first SAFE® FLOOR certified instructor in Canada. Always curious to explore different forms of training, Céline recently joined the Essentrics method.

Nicolas Guillemot, has been an Entrepreneur / Speaker / Trainer / in the field of digital marketing and more specifically in SEO expertise for over 17 years. In parallel, he trained in several energy disciplines such as Tai chi, meditation Qi gong for more than 17 years. This led him to become a practitioner of therapeutic Qi gong (Chinese medicine), thus making the link between all these practices, physical and spiritual.

Yelitza Garcia | Zumba, Bootcamp
Yelitza Garcia, #coachYeli, began dancing at the age of 4 in her native Venezuela, when she started taking jazz and tap lessons. At the age of 6 she took for the first time an aerobics class and seven years later, when she was 13, she gave her first fitness class. Since then, she has taught aerobic classes, step, bootcamp and body design classes, as well as Latin dance, tap dance and flamenco classes.
She discovered Zumba in 2010 and decided to get certified. In a short time she managed to build a name for herself with several dance schools and fitness centers in Montreal, like the Sports Centre of the UQAM, the San Tropez Latin Dance School and the Sports Centre of the University of Montreal, among others. Since 2012 , she has also been certified in Indo-Row (Cardio rower), TRX (suspension training), as well as Zumba Step and most recently the Beachbody Live certifications: Insanity, Piyo, Cize, P90X. Cassandre Proulx | Hip Hop
Cassandre Proulx has always been passionate about dance. She learned to walk to move to the rhythm of the music. She has been practising this art for 12 years. She is part of dance troupes of various styles and has been participating in dance competitions for several years. She has been a hip-hop teacher for iNovation Studios for the past 2 years. Her students particularly appreciate her charisma and creativity. Her enthusiasm for dance is simply contagious. Cass is also fascinated by the stars and aerospace. She begins her studies at the Polytechnique in September.
Kylie Bonenberg | Move for Kids
Kylie is 20 years old and has been teaching dance to young children for almost 5 years. She is studying Physical Education and Health at McGill and is currently heading into her second year of studies.
Alexandra Larivière | Yoga, Health Break
Passionate about anatomy and the human body, Alexandra is in a continuous process of learning in which she explores the many possibilities of the body and its different systems. Max Powers | Bootcamp, Health Break
Max “Powers” loves to empower people through health and movement. He has been involved in sports his whole life starting with hockey and soccer as a child. Being a bigger kid, as a teenager, he changed sports and decided to focus on football, which better suited his physical attributes. He started playing football at the age of 16 and went on to play 3 years for the Carabins of University of Montreal. Unfortunately, a knee injury prevented Max from achieving his goal of playing professional football. During a year off from school, Max went on a trip to Brazil in 2010 and discovered Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu which redefined his definition of fitness. This martial art changed Max’s perspective on physical training. As a result, mobility and functional movement are pillars in his fitness philosophy.
After his trip to Brazil Max regained his passion for movement and chose to make it his career Max became a personal trainer. He first started as a Crossfit coach and got certified Level 1 CF trainer as well as a CF Gymnastic specialist. In his time as a CF coach, Max learned the basis of functional movements and how to coach all the basic barbell movement for powerlifting and Olympic lifting. In his CF Gymnastics certification, Max learned the basic of bodyweight training and he particularly fell in love with the Gymnastics rings which he believes to the best training tool out there to develop an upper body physique. Always hungry for more knowledge, Max took another certification this time to learn how to properly use kettlebells, Indian clubs and maces. Max is one of the premier unconventional strength trainers in Montreal. The trainers who know how to use let alone teach mace training are very few in this city. Soon after Max got certified as an Elite trainer under the ISSA banner. He holds a certification in personal training, corrective exercise specialist and fitness nutrition specialist. Now almost 10 years after his trip to Brazil, Max practices and teaches Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and recently received his Blackbelt from the world-renowned Gracie Barra academy.
Over his 9 years + career as a personal trainer and fitness instructor Max developed a Wellness system based on the 5 elements: Mindset and motivation, Nutrition, Movement, Recovery and the power of Breathwork. He now believes that to achieve optimal wellness one must balance each of the 5 elements in order to not only reach wellness but sustain it over one’s lifetime. Max plans on continuing his education in the world of health and wellness to bring about a more holistic fitness approach in this forever changing industry.
Sébastien Zappa | Wim Hof Method
Sébastien was born and raised in France, near Paris. After obtaining his doctorate, he moved to the United States in 2005, and then to Canada in 2019, to pursue his professional career as a scientist. He is a microbiologist and biochemist at the University of Montreal, and is very attached to evidence-based knowledge and rigorous methodologies.
His personal interest in the Wim Hof Method began when he was treating a decade-long chronic fatigue syndrome associated with Lyme disease and depression. After spending thousands of dollars on drugs, supplements, and various therapeutic approaches, he realized he was getting more improvement by simply breathing air and soaking in ice.
The Wim Hof Method gradually put him back on his feet, helped him regain the zest for life and energy required for his favorite activities (climbing, running, hiking…)
A certified Wim Hof Method instructor since 2018, having accompanied hundreds of people in the United States, Canada and France, Sébastien wants to share this quest for vitality with as many people as possible.
Margaux Debout | Bouge (4 à 8 ans)
Margaux settled down on Quebec soil in November 2018. She arrived here with a PVT and quickly looked for a job related to one of her two passions: archeology or gymnastics. Ultimately, her passion for physical activity won, and she has assumed the role of gymnastics teacher since.
She practiced this sport for about fifteen years in a French gymnastics club. She learned how to be flexible, graceful, dynamic, and do (among other things!) acrobatics in the air! It is a sport which has instilled in her many values of which she is extremely proud today: self-confidence, rigor, perseverance and the desire of surpassing oneself. Today her goal is to share her passion with a maximum of children who, she hopes, will become as addicted as she is to this discipline!
Mireille Décarie | Meditation
Mireille has been supporting people towards balance and well-being for almost 25 years. It’s her passion! She is a yoga teacher, Quantum-Touch energy care practitioner, Reiki Master and Coach in self-awareness. She has been teaching meditation for over 3 years in companies and in private groups. Her motto: Peace comes from within; do not look for it outside!
