The body was built to move. It was definitely not engineered to sit for the 7.7 hour average we sit for every single day of our lives. Doctors are now starting to talk about the sitting disease. However, the problem is not sitting, it is lack of movement. The body loves to move, it thrives on it. We are made of 70% water, the brain 85%. If we do not move, we become like a puddle and get polluted quickly. We must move like a river, in constant motion, purifying and cleansing, releasing toxins and tensions that prevent the body from performing at its highest potential.
